Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

RNIFA CO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.

8. Damaged Items
